Set which notifications are sent
Choose which order and stock events send messages, per channel and language.

The events
Every message Pesanle can send is one event: order created, order paid, delivery updates, order cancelled, review request (off by default), stock low and stock out. A shop that never opens this screen sends exactly the classic set — everything except the review request and the detailed courier scans.
Steps
Open Notification settings in the dashboard.

For each customer event (created, paid, delivery update, cancelled), switch it on or off.

Decide whether delivery updates mean only shipped + delivered, or every courier scan in between.

Switch the review request on only when you are ready to collect ratings.

Set the low-stock threshold and switch stock low / stock out alerts on for each connected channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord).
Tip: A seller who switches everything off expects silence — the toggles cover created and cancelled too, so there is no always-on surprise.
Language
Message language follows the shop language. Keep templates short — the customer’s first message is the payment instruction, and anything above it pushes the amount off screen.
