Connect WhatsApp and send order updates
Link your shop number with a QR scan so customers get order messages from you.

What it does
Pesanle sends customer order messages (new order, paid, shipped, delivered) and merchant stock alerts from your shop’s own linked WhatsApp number. There are no credentials to type — you link the number by scanning a QR code.
Steps
Open the dashboard and go to Integrations, then open the WhatsApp card.

Click Connect, read and accept the terms, then open the WhatsApp detail page.

A QR code appears. Open WhatsApp on your phone → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, and scan it.

Wait for the status to turn Connected, then press Send test message to yourself.

Turn on the customer events you want in Notification settings (order created, paid, shipped).
Tip: Use a dedicated shop number, not your personal one — the linked phone must stay online for messages to flow.
If the QR will not scan
Refresh the QR (it expires), check the phone’s camera permission, and make sure the WhatsApp service daemon is deployed from the same release as the dashboard — an old daemon answers the new notify endpoint with 404 and messages are lost silently.
