Vouchers
Vouchers are discount codes (percentage or fixed, with minimum spend, usage limits and product scope) created in the dashboard and redeemed at storefront checkout. Keep one evergreen welcome voucher and rotate short seasonal ones — a graveyard of expired codes teaches customers to wait.

Create the voucher: code, discount type, minimum spend, usage limit and active dates.

Scope it: all products or a collection — never leave a margin-killer global without a cap.

Test the code on the storefront as a customer before announcing it.
Ratings
Ratings come from the order review request notification, which is off by default. Switch it on in Notification settings once fulfilment is smooth — asking for reviews while parcels are late just collects the evidence.

Reply to every 1–3 star review within a day — future buyers read replies, not stars.

Feature your best-rated products in a storefront shelf.
Tip: Never pay for five-star reviews — marketplaces and customers both spot the pattern, and the penalty costs more than the stars earned.
